Ideal properties are single family, semi-detached or townhouses in locations that have easy access to downtown, area hospitals, or universities and colleges. We do not rent to students unless they meet stringent qualifications.

We protect the privacy of the homes, homeowners and guests. Information is released to guests once they qualify and have made their initial deposit.
